Send your booking request through the site by WhatsApp or email — no payment is needed at this point. We'll reply first to confirm all your items are available for your dates, then send you the payment details. Your dates are secured once payment is received. We reply within 48 hours, usually sooner.

Yes — every toy is sanitised, wiped, and washed immediately after it's returned, using anti-bacterial detergent and wipes. Everything used is child-friendly too.

For as long as you've reserved — by the day or by the week, based on what you've paid for. If you'd like to extend, just message me directly and I'll check what's possible.

We know pick-up and return times can vary — sometimes it's a morning hand-off, sometimes it's past noon — so instead of counting a strict 24 hours, we count rental days by date. For example, booking from 24–25 Aug is charged as 1 day, no matter what time you collect on the 24th or return on the 25th. We think this is the fairer, more straightforward way to do it, and it means one less thing to worry about when you're arranging pick-up or drop-off around your own schedule.

Normal wear from play is expected and never charged. For loss or serious damage, we'll always talk it through with you first.

Yes — we deliver and collect across Singapore. Self-collection is usually at Bukit Panjang, but I'm flexible on other days depending on the item's size, so feel free to ask. There's also a Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm option at Millenia Tower — just let me know at least 2 days in advance if you'd like to use that instead.

Usually not — most toys are one-of-a-kind in my collection, and honestly, ones I've grown attached to myself! That said, it never hurts to ask — if I'm willing to part with it, we can talk.
